SFEGATO FROM KYTHNOS ISLAND(DEEP FRIED CHEESEBALLS)

Ingredients

1 kg fresh white cheese from kythnos, crumbled
4 eggs
3 – 4 spoons of flour
Salt
Pepper

Oil for frying


Preparation

Mix in a bowl the crumbled cheese with the rest of the ingredients.
Mould and shape the mixture into balls.
Fry in plenty of oil all around until balls become golden brown.

Serve warm.
